Michael is the founder and CEO of Pulse Security Management and Chairman of the Board. A former military reservist and former member of the emergency services with the National Ambulance Service, Michael also has extensive security risk management experience nationally and internationally across Europe and North America. He holds several formal qualifications including, Post Graduate from College of Technology, Diploma in NQEMS Paramedic Studies UCD, Dip Emergency Command & Control Operations, NAS College MIMMS, PHTLS, HAZMAT, Dip Training & Education NUIG, Higher Diploma ISTM Homeland Security, IBA Bodyguard Masterclass, City & Guilds Close Protection. A member of the Security Institute of Ireland and co-writer of the Security Industry training manual, he was also an advisor to the private security regulator on training and standards. He has held several industry representative positions including the position of President of the Irish Security Industry Association. In 2018 Michael was appointed Director of Security for the visit of Pope Francis to Ireland – the largest private security operation in the history of the State.

Parrish Fegan will join Pulse Security in January 2025 as Chief Technical Officer, bringing a wealth of expertise and a visionary approach to building and advancing the company’s technology department. Parrish began his professional journey as an electrician apprentice at the age of 17, working across domestic and large-scale industrial projects in Ireland and the UK. His growing passion for security systems led him to work with some of the most prominent companies in the world, managing turnkey solutions on a global scale. This experience inspired him to become a leading commissioning engineer, developing and delivering complex security solutions. Over the years, Parrish expanded his expertise into roles such as Commercial Manager, managing large infrastructure projects in Ireland and throughout Europe. His career trajectory highlights a deep commitment to innovation, reliability, and excellence in technology and security.
Mukesh Bijarniya Security Operations Centre Manager
Mukesh Bijarniya is the Security Operations Centre Manager at Pulse Security, where he has swiftly become an integral part of the team. In his 10 months with the company, Mukesh has effectively managed key security operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.Mukesh oversees the rostering system using Timegate, optimizing staff schedules to enhance productivity. With extensive experience working on all major film productions in Ireland, Thomas has collaborated with every significant film and production studio, ensuring top-notch security and seamless operations. He has had the privilege of working with some of the biggest stars visiting Ireland, expertly managing their close protection and security during their stay on the island.Starting his career at Pulse Security in stewarding, Thomas quickly rose through the ranks, gaining invaluable experience across various roles. His journey from ground-level positions to a leadership role has equipped him with a deep understanding of the security industry. This hands-on experience, coupled with his background as a contractor in a different business, has honed his skills in running operations smoothly and efficiently.As a dual license holder with certifications in Safe Pass, Manual Handling, First Aid, and Anti-Terrorism, Thomas is well-prepared to handle a wide range of situations.
