Josh O’Toole, Pulse Security Management – ISIA Awards 2026 nominee.
Behind every successful event are people whose dedication and hard work make it all possible.
At Pulse Security Management, we’re delighted to see one of those people recognised, as Josh O’Toole has been named a nominee for Event Security Person of the Year at the ISIA Awards 2026.
Nearly eight years of dedication
Josh has been part of the Pulse team for almost eight years, bringing professionalism, commitment and leadership to our event security operations.
Event security comes with its own unique challenges. From supporting members of the public to managing busy environments, it takes teamwork, good judgement and the ability to adapt to whatever the day brings.
The ISIA Event Security Person of the Year Award recognises individuals who deliver exceptional service to clients and the public, making Josh’s nomination a fantastic acknowledgement of his contribution to the industry.
A proud moment for Pulse
Great security operations are built around great people, and we’re incredibly proud to have Josh as part of our team.
The winners will be announced on 14 November 2026 at Killashee Hotel, Naas, where security professionals from across Ireland will come together to celebrate achievements within the industry.
Congratulations, Josh! A thoroughly deserved nomination, and we wish you the very best of luck on the night.
